DON'T LET THE EMAILSMARTZ DEMO FOOL YOU THIS COMPANY is BAD NEWS! The demo works like you would expect and the price seems reasonable BUT AFTER YOU PURCHASE YOU FIND OUT THIS: I'm on day 4 after my purchase and still no working copy! That's right, this is NOT the typical purchasing procedure that good companies use. It takes days to get the registration codes & they call you to verify - What was the shopping cart for? WHAT? is this the 1980's - what happened to instant confirmation email with registration codes? Like the registration for membership to this website?. Day five - I got my registration, they sent it through a hotmail account instead of their black listed servers. 1. THE SHOPPING CART - multiple entries of the same info. Makes you think - How many spamming email list did I just sign up for? 2. NO REFUNDS! - Be aware Emailsmartz does not give refunds once they send out the registration code. BUT you won't really use the software fully until you get the codes - see a problem here? 3. EMAILSMARTZ SPAMMED THEIR OWN REVIEWS AT DOWNLOADS.COM to boost their software ratings. 4. VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND ON THE PHONE - They're accents are so heavy that they can't read me the registration numbers. 5. YOU CANNOT REINSTALL THE SOFTWARE WITHOUT NEW REGISTRATION CODES! - What? I have to do this all over again if I reload my computer - aaaarrrragh! Stay away from ANY EMAILSMARTZ PRODUCTS!! |
