WinAgents IOS Config Editor is basically a text editor, specially designed to edit configuration files for Cisco routers. It enables one to download a configuration from a remote device, edit it, and upload it back to the device. IOS Config Editor allows access to all of one’s devices from a single location. Also, IOS Config Editor makes it easy to backup device configuration.

Key features of WinAgents IOS Config Editor:

Enables simultaneous configuration of multiple devices;
Automates the copying of configuration files to and from Cisco devices;
Possesses a full-fledged configuration file editor, with syntax highlighting, bookmarks, navigation, etc.;
Simplifies access control list configuration;
Simplifies the creation of configuration backups;
Enables the decryption of type-7 passwords and keys in configuration files;
Uses SNMP to acquire configuration files from remote devices;
Supports up to SNMP version 3, ensuring maximum security;
Has its own TFTP server embedded into the application, eliminating the need to install a third-party server;
Has its own Syslog server embedded in the application;
Has its own TELNET/SSH console;
Supports devices running with IOS version 10 and higher.
